You are welcome to email condolences to the family of the deceased.

If you wish to email a condolence please mention the following:
 
  1.  The deceased's Name
  2.  The family member to whom the email is to be given.
  3.  Your name, address, city, state, zip.
  4.  Your message including your thoughts or words of condolence.

You may also use our online Condolence Form created in Adobe Acrobat.  It is highly recommended that you obtain the latest version of Adobe Reader to facilitate the use of the online form.  Please click on the icon to the right to obtain the latest version of Adobe Reader.

When using the online Condolence Form please read the instructions when submitting the form by email.  The screen pictured below may appear when you are submitting the form. 

For users of Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail.  You may select the first option.  This will open your email client with the Condolence Form attached.  You may then add a message to the attachment.  Then click send.

For users of Yahoo Mail, Microsoft Hotmail, or Gmail you may select the second option.  You will save the Condolence Form to your computer.  You can then send it as an attachment to the email you create.  You should send the form to: condolences@soller-baker.com
