ANXIETY SUPPORT GROUP
Meets the first and third Wednesday of the each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Meets at MHA Community Building, 914 South Street in Downtown Lafayette, Indiana
This group has been meeting WITH the depression group (see Depression Support Group). This group is not intended to replace professional therapy.
Group Information
Free and open to any adult who is experiencing mild to severe anxiety
The group is led by individuals who have also been diagnosed with anxiety
Provides an understanding and accepting environment
A Safe place to discuss concerns, feelings, and experiences.
